I created an audit for them and revised everything from their website design/navigation, paid ads strategy, email marketing strategy, tracking/analytics infrastructure, and more. Within one month after implementation they went from an average of $6k/month and had their largest month yet, netting over $30,000 in revenue. They also doubled their email list within the same timeframe. Being a subscription-based business, I helped them implement customer retention strategies as well to ensure that we increase the customer lifetime value just as much as we continue finding new customers.
